Sautéed Apples or Pears

Quick, easy, better than a plain Apple or Pear.

1/4 C butter
4 large tart apples or pears peeled, cored & sliced 1/4" thick
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 C cold water
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Raisins, Craisins or Dates & Walnuts
In large skillet or saucepan, melt butter, add fruit.
Stir constantly until tender 6-7 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to skillet.
Stir in everything else.
