The day started out like every other
I decided we would have fish on the barbie. What's in the shoebox you ask?
I took the snack size bags and filled them with assorted spices that I collected from the Webster Grill Cookbook. Spices for rubs. Then I labeled them and put them in the shoebox. I've used the rubs so far on Beef kabobs, Pork Chops, Chicken, Fish. They are all good. The Webster Cookbook offers 2 pages of different flavors.

After lunch, we set out exploring. We found an ice cream parlor, a pet store, and a fish store. When we got back, our neighbors (who just happen to be from Plymouth, NH) came by with a case of water. The water here is really not very good to drink at all. It was really nice of them to offer to get us some.
All in all, it was a good day.
