The Hurricane Surge Marker
So when you are retired, you find yourself walking around Florida, aimlessly floundering, with no particular place to go. Today, we found ourselves at the Hurricane Surge Marker!
It was easily identifiable, thanks to the Red Cross!
It got even more intriguing when we rounded the corner of the Surge Marker, to find another plate. You will have to click on the window below to enlarge the photo so you can read it.
Well now, we needed to add some context. So who was going to stand in front of the Surge Marker?!?
