*NOTE: THIS IS A VERY LARGE PARK. BECAUSE OF A THUNDERSTORM, I WAS UNABLE TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE, WHICH INCLUDES THE POOL, ANOTER PLAYGROUND, THE OFFICE, LAUNDRY.
Our sewer tank was full and Jim had a guy go tell the Office about that. As Jim was setting up, he noticed our neighbors levelers about 6 inches down in the soil. He decided to put the pads down under the levelers. One went down before he could get it underneath. I made him pull in the slides and get the levelers up. He got them up, the pads he put down are still underneath...he says they probably floated away. Then it started raining... The Campground worker just came by to tell us they had a Flash Flood, and we are going to be moving.

Wow! That was quite a storm. It took out several trees on my street. Glad that you're safe! Meemur
ReplyDeleteIt rained and I thought nothing of it...until Jim said "Wow, this is quite a storm...." That's when I looked out the front window. We've got another big thunderstorm going right now, Tucker is behind my recliner. Time to get his Thunder Shirt on.
ReplyDeleteI walked by our first Lot, the one that flooded and they moved us...I wanted to see what it looked like today after the 2nd round of rain. The lot is under water. The only one. All lots around it are above the water.
DeleteWow! And we had another round of showers go through yesterday and today, but next week will be a lot drier. I hope that you get to see more of IN while you're there. Meemur
